On Monday July 18, 2014 the RHP18 Learning Collaborative event will be held at
Children's Health, Trinity Towers,
2777 N. Stemmons Freeway,
Dallas, TX 75207.
The LC event begins promptly at 10AM. Lunch will be provided. The event is planned to end at 2 PM.
Agenda items include Small Goup discussions of Quality Improvement activities and planning action steps for the region-wide gap analysis as defined by the Executive Committee in October, 2014.
On Friday May 15, 2015, the RHP18 LC event will be held at Collin County Administration Building on Bloomfield Road in McKinney. The event begins at 10AM and concludes at 2PM with lunch provided.
This will be the Friday before the annual report will be given to the Collin County Commissioners' Court on Monday 18 May. May is the first month of the second half of the DSRIP demonstration year (DY) 4.
Agenda items will be announced in March 2015.
On Wednesday 14 January 2015, the RHP18 Learning Collaborative event will be held at Children's Health on Legacy Drive in Plano. Lunch will be provided.
The LC event begins at 10AM and is scheduled to conclude at 2PM. Agenda includes a presentation by an invited expert on Quality Improvement methods in outpatient healthcare, and small group discussions regarding health consumer education and outreach in DSRIP populations.
On Wednesday July 8, 2015, the RHP18 LC event will be held at LifePath Systems at one of their new clinic locations that will be announced in March. The event begins at 10AM and concludes at 2PM with lunch provided.
Agenda items will be announced in May 2015.
On Wednesday March 18, the RHP18 Learning Collaborative event will take place at Lakes Regional MHMR Center in Rockwall. Details will be provided.

On Wednesday September 9, 2015, the RHP18 LC event will be held at UT Southwwestern, at a location to be announced in May. The event begins at 10AM and concludes at 2PM with lunch provided.
